 Sutton Conservative Future
Sutton Conservative Future (CF) is a branch of the local association and is open to anyone under the age of 30. The branch holds regular meetings for its membership, which consists of people from school, college, university and a diverse range of employment backgrounds.
The meetings are often attended by several local Councillors and our Parliamentary candidate, Philippa Stroud. They are all very keen to meet people and hear their views. We also hold an annual event. At our last summer barbecue we were joined by the Vice-Party Chairman with responsibility for CF, Justine Greening MP.
CF helps shape local policy and is an ever expanding movement within the Conservative Party across the country. There are always new branches opening up within associations and at Universities, schools and colleges.
National Chairman Mark Clarke is doing a great job of making CF even better - it's an exciting time to get involved.
I've been a member of the association here in Sutton & Cheam since 2005 and I'm really enjoying it. It has opened up a lot of opportunities for me and is the best place to start if you have ambitions of becoming a Councillor or MP.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you would like to come along or if you have any questions. Our e-mail address is suttoncf@suttoncheamconservatives.com or you can find us as a group on Facebook - just search for 'Sutton CF'.
Making contact either way would be very helpful as we can keep you updated on news and upcoming events.
