Conservatives Commit To Sort Grange Vale Danger Spot

Conservative Councillors Tony Shields, Paul Newman and Barry Russell are campaigning hard to make the lives of residents in Grange Vale safer by introducing a button operated traffic signal that will give pedestrians enough time to walk through the tunnel without vehicles passing through at the same time.

Local resident, Helen says: “I contacted my local Conservative Councillors to tell them how dangerous Grange Vale tunnel is. As it turns out, they were already on the case and have promised to install a crossing which will make all of my neighbours lives a lot safer.”

Councillor Barry Russell added “It is high time that a proper system is installed. It doesn’t need not cost a fortune to improve this area. We aim to have it installed as soon as we possibly can.”
